A single-origin chocolate with a 53% cocoa-solid content, this bar has a notable personality with a more pronounced bitter taste. It presents clear nutty overtones that mix with floral flavors. It is reminiscent of hazelnut nuances and fresh garden scents.Very subtle fruity notes appear at the end; it is not acidic, but has body. Perfect to accompany good Colombian coffee or a fine tiramisu.

  • Cocoa butter
  • Emulsifier (soya lecithin E322 (not produced with genetically modified ingredients))
